I came to Victorinox Flagship Store in a big panic because my carry-on suitcase had broken the handle (wouldn’t retract - was stuck open) during my travels to London. I was only in London for a few days and really did not want to have to buy a new suitcase since it was relatively new and in good shape. Horacio (the repair technician) was a magician - since he didn’t want to have to send away for the parts to repair the handle due to time constraints he managed to use an old piece of luggage he had in in the repair shop to do a surgical repair - and within a few days I had my bag back good as new (or better than new actually). He worked over the weekend to repair the suitcase and the best part - not only was it ready by the time I left London, there was NO CHARGE for the service since their luggage is guaranteed for life. I highly recommend Victorinox Flagship Store on Oxford Street for purchases or repairs and I cannot tell you how much I appreciated Horacio and his genuine regard for customer service. Thank you!

I’m a frequent customer of this brand, I have 4 suitcases and 2 backpacks. I’ve had recent incidents and not Mexico (where I live) nor USA have wanted to respond to my guarantee. Right now I’m out traveling, and on one of my suitcases both wheels broke. I entered the store to ask for help and information, and a worker named Osmar helped me, and for my luck, he spoke to me in Spanish, making it very easy to explain my problem. He helped me and fixe the problem no one could before and gave me new wheels. The best Victorinox service I’ve ever had. An excellent customer care.

Best customer service experience i had. I was looking all over to find replacement wheels for my Wenger bag, popped in to the store and even the brand was not covered by Victorinox service the staff there offered to order them for me. Many thanks to Osmar, the guy who took care of my problem and also the whole shop staff. Best place to find good quality products and customer service. 100% RECOMMENDED

Beware of the 10 year warranty: 1.they offer 10 year warranty on their products but will refuse repair due to you actually using the product. From their customer service:'Under our Global 10 -Year Limited Warranty we repair or replace a product with defects in materials and workmanship but not defects due to natural wear and tear occurring after a longer use of the product.' 2. From their T&C: 'This includes manufacturing defects and normal wear and tear with the exceptions of seams, stitching, fabric and zip tape.' - so if you exclude fabric, seams, stitches and zips from a backpack there's nothing left for them to guarantee!
