This centre is ruined by one, the smell in there and secondly, the trader of the shop called kings, located at 7 Victorian arcade as you walk in through the front entrance near the works on your lef,t who is a very rude person. Other than that the fish monger is a nice chap and the fruit shop owners are good people.
