    Bought a bottle of pepsi max and upon taking my first sip it was completely flat so i checked the date and it was going out of date in a weeks time, Went back less than 2 mins later and explained what was wrong and to ask if I could swap it and he tells me "no refunds as you've opened it" If this was my place of work we would have been more than happy to exchange it for another but he wasn't listening Absolute joker
