Second year taking my Mazda cx3 for a service here . Second year more money grabbing traits from them. Tried to get me to have a 6 year service costing nearly £700! I should have been told this over the phone or email before I travelled 45mins. I, like most people thought I was having a normal service. My appointment was 10am but told I might have to wait 3 hrs for it to be even seen? Shocking poor email communication also. 3 different people replying asking for the same information. Lucy has been polite I might add.
