I used to hate exercising but since joining Fit Club my mindset has completely changed and now I really enjoy it and look forward to the classes every week. It’s a circuit style class with a variety of different stations so the time seems to fly by. Diala and Johan who run the club are amazing and they’re always really positive and encouraging. The classes are suitable to all ages and abilities; whether you’re pregnant, completely new to exercise or advanced. Johan and Diala are always happy to provide variations of exercises to make them more suitable to your ability. The sessions are fun but challenging, there’s a great atmosphere every session and everyone’s really friendly! I really couldn’t recommend these classes enough 🤗

I love the option of not having to think about what to do and having a great workout anyway! It’s pay as you go, too. So grateful for the fitness community that Diala and Johan has created. I absolutely love this bootcamp! I love it so much that I travel all the way from Enfield town. The class is designed for all fitness levels. Everyone is friendly and approachable. The free chocolate protein shake at the end of the workout is the best too!
