Ex cel lent!!! We went to see the Hamilton musical. Damn great!!! Highly recommend it. And pre-ordered drinks and keychain was a good idea. The theatre was superb. A bit tight fit in rows, especially in front where you would expect to have a bit more space considering how much we pay for each ticket. That could be improved. The staff at bar was a bit lacking in friendliness. I got passed up twice. Maybe a number system might be more efficient and less stressful for both staff and patrons. We as patrons enjoyed the old but elegant theatre. One tip is to make more toilets available.. Damn long wait for just number 1 . Also, those tight fitted seats are size for smaller people of 18th century. time to upgrade maybe??? We Scandinavian and Northern Europeans were nearly falling over trying to get to our seats . We purchased souvenirs , t-shirts, mugs, etc. The staff was friendly but a bit of rush to get home as we noticed. We still were happy with quality despite the high prices . Everywhere it is expensive. So, save up before going there
