David was very helpful but not in the slightest bit pushy, and insisted on putting the car in for an MOT and service before purchase to ensure it was in the best possible condition. After the sale he then sat with me in the car and talked me through several features I wasn't aware of, and answered all of the questions I could think of! It is worth noting that Victoria Motor Company also have an excellent system of "reserving" vehicles online for a fully refundable £99. This ensured that I could book ahead without worrying that car would be sold before I got there, and the fee was then simply taken off the final amount when I paid.
