This Monday (15 May 2023) I walked in directly to this GP Clinic early in the morning before 8 o'clock for my first consultation. The reception lady named Suzanne is nice and effectively confirmed me in a card with an appointment that afternoon after understanding I had difficulty in answering the clinic follow-up call for consultation appointment. She helped me whole-heartedly and exhibited excellent service quality for an aged patient with treatment in progress. She is kind-hearted and diligent, which I can only remember to admire her work in writing to this clinic management. Thank her very much ♥️ This is an excellent GP Clinic with high values of the supporting staff Miss Suzanve.

Yesterday morning(17April2023/Mon) is my first appointment for a new patient health check since 29 March(Wed). I met a female nursing associate Francesca in her consultation room. She asked me clearly a series of questions for my health issue if any. She cared about my left hand or right hand for taking proper blood pressure measurement and checked my records in her desktop PC system. Finally she professionally updated me with a satisfactory result or not. Francesca is kind-hearted and diligent to work for me which I cannot control myself not to admire her professional work in writing to this clinic management. Thank her very much ♥️ Similarly on 29 March(Wed),I met a reception lady👍 who effectively arranged this first appointment to me and answered patiently some my silly repeatedly enquiry. This is an indeed excellent GP Clinic.

Transfered to this place recently. The nurse is lovely, reception is ok and one of the G.P's I talked too if fine. However two of the G.P's are disgraceful, they don't listen, they are rude, they say one thing then do another and then lie. The two are so bad, this place is simply not an option for me. BTW if the Practice read this, I've now blocked your number due to all the calls and texts, I will not return under any circumstances and I'm just not intrested in what you got to say!

I joined this surgery months ago everything has gone well so far apart from the reception staff who speak on the phone hurrying you off the phone call, its made me anxious to call up , and I need to see a doctor yet they tell me ita a months wait .. ridiculous
