I would give 0 stars if I could - My 83 year old dad with Alzheimer's became very dehydrated OVER A LONG PERIOD ambulance called - dry tongue sunken eyes unconscious because they didn't BOTHER to give him enough to drink. He has often been in dirry clothes , hair greasy, teeth not secured properly, no vest or jumper and left sitting in soaking wet cold trousers for over an hour, yesterday he smelt of urine and his trousers had dried urine stains on them. We pay £1000 a week for this 'care'. Peter Cook - the MD refuses to discuss this with me - TERRIBLE PLACE AVOID AT ALL COSTS - raised with safeguarding the team again.
