    I began working out with Victoria in January of 2021 - after my husband had lost 2.5 stone and halved his cholesterol levels by working out with her. Having not worked out regularly for 18 months myself, I had struggled to get back into the swing of working out, I needed to find someone who would bring back my love of fitness at my own pace and Victoria has done just that! Her boundless energy and passion for what she does just rubs off on you so much so that you find yourself loving the full hour you book with her. She has a unique way of making you feel you are the only person in the world and sets you challenges that are achievable yet gets results.

    Tori has been a great, positive influence keeping me moving throughout this covid crisis which combined with my crazy working hours is not always the easiest for her as my energy levels are up and down. What I love about our sessions is that she always makes it challenging and although Iā€™m usually up for a challenge, some days sheā€™s had to throw the workout plan out the window and think on her feet as Iā€™ve turned up particularly low on energy. I thoroughly appreciate that adaptability and flexibility as not every PT Iā€™ve trained with would have that level of care and I imagine would have ā€œgiven upā€ on me by now. Weā€™ve also trained outside with almost no equipment through winter and spring so to keep me building strength during those sessions requires good planning and Toriā€™s delivered! Standout (hilarious and achievement) moment is my last PB deadlift as we had no chalk or straps so had to improvise. Exercise should be fun as well as challenging and with Tori I get both. Canā€™t recommend her enough!
