Horrible practice. Very disappointed, have been with them for many years, have had a few issues over the years but sadly things seem to be getting worse. I find some of the receptionists rude, they have no compassion for their patients. I was calling them to help my son because he was in pain and they kept on hanging up my calls. I rang them for an emergency and they were not bothered to help.

A huge thanks to Lama for getting me over my fear of the dentist. I’ve had to have a fair bit of work done of late but each visit has been a pleasure thanks to the brilliant Lama and her lovely assistant Maddie. Kind, funny, caring, professionals .. a great team. Thanks to the reception crew, welcoming and supportive. 🙏👍✌️

Advised upon arrival for appointment that scale and polish gone up to £79. I have to have them every 6 months so a huge expense. I asked why no one had called or emailed to advise me of the huge price incase before hand

I cannot recommend Franco and the dental practice enough. I had 2 x hour long treatments for a complex root canal and 3 associated fillings. The treatment was pain free and thorough. Thank you Franco!

I really can't speak highly enough of this dental practice and in particular, Ayushi who is such a kind, caring dentist - managing to calm my fear of dental visits. Sasha was a lovely nurse and both receptionists today, were very friendly & helpful.

Having been a regular patient for over 30 years, I am disappointed with the lack on investment in the practise in terms of the technology and yet the prices are increasing considerably. Having been for a check up and visit to the hygienist, 2 months later I visited a different surgery and was amazed that I have a leaking filling, which when removed the decay underneath was not far short of needing a root canal. My gums were bleeding and this was identified as early gum disease which I had treated under local anaesthetic. My teeth are in much better condition and the technology used, photos taken throughout the process, fill me with greater confidence. We have one set of teeth we need to make sure they are being looked after by the best.

In the 6/7 years I’ve been registered I’ve always had a great experience at this practice. Continuity of care is excellent - I’ve always seen the same dentist. The receptionists are all polite, helpful and friendly. More recently needed quick treatment for a problem I had and was seen the same day and the problem fixed the following day. Franco is very good and reassuring and I wouldn’t want anyone else looking after my teeth! Thank you all!

A receptionist with dark brown hair and a bangs needs customer training. Has an awful attitude, it’s an inconvenience as soon as you ask a question and shakes her head and laughs at you. Totally unprofessional. My sister left extremely upset from this surgery.
