This was my first time visiting a bridal shop and trying on dresses and it was the amazing...I may not have found my dress here but the experience was soo nice and made me feel soo special...i went in thinking there were a lot of styles that wouldnt suit me, but i was encouraged to try different shapes and styles on and felt amazing...i would 100% recommend going to Victoria Grace to look for your dress!

I cannot thank Emma enough for helping me find my dream dress! After feeling exceptionally overwhelmed from previous bridal stores, she was instantly able to put me at ease and I felt so welcome from the moment I walk into the store. Emma was able to customise and find absolutely everything I wanted, and helped to pinpoint every single detail to make me feel the best I can be… which is exceptiosnlym hard to do. My bridal squad also were attended to and we were supplied with a lovely range of drinks whilst we had fun trying on all the gorgeous dresses. Another amazing thing is that the dresses actually come in normal people sizes which was incredible! To be able to get a dress straight of the rack and it actually do up felt incredible and made the whole experience feel so much better. Furthemore, even once I purchased my dress, I was given a little gift back to just say thank you! Which was the perfect touch to the end of a really lovely day. I can’t fault anything at all and I can’t wait to get my dress back on!

Lovely and friendly- made our party of 3 very welcome. Put the bride to be at ease and allowed us to tag any dresses she wanted to try on ( unlike another shop that wouldn’t allow us to choose the dresses!!) Found the perfect dress and veil. Explained the process for seamstress and dress delivery timescales so we know exactly what to expect and when! Highly recommend 😬

What a wonderful visit at Victoria Grace today. 3rd bridal shop we visited and the most personal and welcoming experience so far. We were early but that was no problem, we were offered drinks and nibbles and given time to start looking at the dresses. The ladies were amazing and made me feel at ease. I had a strong feeling that I had already chosen my dress but the girls allowed me to go through the process of making sure by trying lots of others before I finally settled back on the original dress. The dress was actually one we found in another shop that Victoria Grace also stocked and I am glad because I felt that this was the store I wanted to purchase from. As a plus size bride, one of the things that made this the place for me was that size wasn’t focused on, all the dresses were available for me to try, it was about the dress fitting me not me fitting the dress. So obviously I said ‘yes to the dress’! Thank you so much Victoria Grace for a lovely experience.x
