In my opinion Roy is a first class Tradesman who is only happy to provide a service that the customer is happy with. Roy has done three car body repairs for me. The last, collected today was for a rear car door which needed replacing. He sourced a new door, sprayed and fitted it within seven working days. The result - looks like new. First spray job was done incorrectly and the paint started to peel off. He then repaired his work which also then left the vehicle with the front bumper not affixed correctly under the front headlamp, overspray along the arches, panel gaps are noticeably warped. Then when I asked for him about how to clean the overspray he abruptly said I am not doing anything more for you I have done more than enough with the second spray (despite the first spray failed due to his incompetence) - I have had to go and pay a second bodyshop to complete his work to a good standard and repair his shortcomings.
