"We'd like to help you" (but that would be against our principles), so we won't. Totally useless and unhelpful when you are trying to get some more of their product to replace what was damaged in transit. Wasn't asking for anything other than how delivery of the replacement material could be expedited. Basic answer was go and buy another company's offering, which I have.

Bought a Victoria Strathmore carpet for our sitting room rated as heavy domestic and guaranteed no shading. After less than 9 months light wear, there was significant shading such that it looked like it needed replacement. Amazed and disgusted that their independent assessor concluded that there wasn’t a problem and it just needing vacuuming more. The carpet that is laid also feels very different to the sample. Would recommend that you steer clear of Victoria carpets

Purchased Heartland Norchard carpet for lounge. Looks dreadful. Poor quality, subject to extreme shading and shows every footstep/indentation mark. Amazed their independent assessor concluded that a carpet that looks so awful is acceptable. Not the same carpet as sample in shop.

Bought a carpet that has now shaded and under their life time guarantee they should replace it, company haven't had the decency to even reply to my complaint on both their email and on Facebook. The warranty is a waste of time as they don't honour it and ignore you, the inspection company they sent confirmed the issue of shading, ergo it should have been replaced under their life time shading warranty, but no, the company just ignore you and like others left with a expensive poor quality carpet. Think twice about buying from this company.

Dont bother choosing a coloured carpet - carpets made by this company are not guaranteed to stay the same colour. Fitted Raven Grey Tudor Twist 50oz carpet on 25/04/2019 - they are now light blue (09/11/2020). Customer Service is a fob-off operation - no desire to correct the problem, or take responsibility for their product.
