I attended Nicola’s Pilates classes for a few years and I’ll be honest it floored me when she moved away from the area - those weekly sessions were as much about shifting my mindset into a calmer and more positive place after a flat-out working day as they were improving my physical health. So I was very happy when she started live online classes combing Pilates and yoga. Nic is such a thorough, expert and nurturing teacher who very clearly explains each movement. I hugely benefit from her sessions and highly recommend her.

I contacted Nicola over 18 months ago after having COVID and needing support to get me physically and emotionally fit. This was the best decision I could have made. I have one to one sessions as well as attending her group classes. Nicola is supportive, non-judgmental and inspires me to do my best. She has a wealth of knowledge and has tailored my sessions perfectly for me. I now find exercise a pleasure and this is because Nicola ensures it is what I enjoy. I have gone from being a couch potato to exercising most days. I feel mentally and physically so much better. When I began my sessions with Nicola, I was not sure which exercise would best suit me.
