Unable to order a blood test for over 2 weeks now. Two weeks on STILL UNABLE TO ORDER. Totally frustrating. I've now gone elsewhere. The website keeps showing an error stating 'We are receiving a high number of orders. Unfortunately we have reached capacity and so are unable to take any more orders right now...please try again later in case of cancellations or come back at midday tomorrow when we will release the next set of orders.'

I found this service very useful and chose the Nutristasis Vitality test as I wanted a comprehensive Vitamin B12+ blood test done independently from my GP's surgery. The website was easy to understand and follow and the results together with their interpretation were emailed back to me within the week. I had this done at St Thomas' Hospital with the minimum amount of trouble and very friendly staff. I would recommend this service to anyone.
