Terrible agency!! I do not recommend this place. They are not a trusted company. They lied to me and my family. They offered us a package to Antalya. They told us the place was close to the airport and it wasn’t. It took us two hours!! To get there, plus the hotel was horrible. Not aircon, the rooms cleaning was very bad, none one speaks English? The food was not good. Plus this company didn’t advise us of any tourist places that we could go as in the hotel they don’t even book anything for you? Also tbey don’t speak English at all. So we couldn’t book any of the attractions or tours to explore the city. Also we did meet other people in the hotel with the same package and they didn’t pay all the money that we paid and with the same people. 3 adults and one child plus they were paid for the airport transfer plus a boat tour!!! We pay a lot of money without any of this. Just the food which is horrible. I am truly disappointed with this agency and please do not use at all!! They don’t ever deserve a one star. Very poor services, they don’t reply to messages. The fly was late for two hours and they didn’t even reply when we let them know. My family was very disappointed and my children were very sad. I will never use this agency not even if its my last resource.
