Via Moto is very much not local to me, I'm based in Suffolk. While doing a Scotland tour, my bike went up in an electrical fault cloud of smoke. I rented an Africa Twin to finish my trip and really enjoyed the bike, so I decided that it was time for a change. After scouring various sites for days, one in stock at Via Moto seemed the best option for me and I requested further info using a webform, half expecting not to hear anything for days (in my experience, the norm nowadays). Will responded first thing the next morning (I had posted the webform late in the evening) and ever since has been super helpful and patient (I sometimes ask really banal questions!). I've haven't been anywhere near Via Moto and have now bought the bike unseen with all communication via email and WhatsApp. It was delivered today by Johnny (who kept me updated re ETA all morning) and I'm a very happy customer! Dealing with Via Moto has been a breath of fresh air, there are so many companies out there that could learn the value of good communication from them...

Purchased a new Aprilia RS660 from Via Moto in September. Malcolm on sales is an all-round nice guy, no pressure and was able to provide genuine advice, as he has one too! Had the bike delivered, and unfortunately there was a slight damage caused by an accident in transit. However this was all rectified with no fuss at the first service, so no problem there. I took my bike up for the first service and it was completed whilst I waited. I’m no businessman by any stretch, but as a customer it would have been nice to have a waiting area, perhaps some chairs / mags / offer of tea and coffee. But I suppose that all depends on how many people wait for their service.
