I was tempted to only give two stars but have given three because of the way my complaint was handled. My husband bought my Valentine flowers from Vi Stevens for £45. The day after Valentines Day, two of the three roses in the bouquet were visibly dying as were some of the other flowers. I took the bouquet back to the shop and they couldn’t have done more to attempt to rectify the problem. Unfortunately, the replacement bouquet was nowhere near as big as the original one and even today 16th February, there are dying flowers - after 1day?! Disgraceful. Won’t be using Vi Stevens again.

My husband bought a bouquet yesterday (Valentine’s Day) I was horrified at the standard for the price he had paid will not use this florist again far better flowers in a supermarket for half the price 2 stems of dead crysanths 1 Lily 2 roses a carnation and a gerberra £25 what a rip off

We recently had my mother’s service and funeral and the input from the floristry team was brilliant. They were kind when we visited the shop took the order and noted our specific wants - you might say of course they should but lots of places are not as good at the details - they were. They delivered perfect flowers to the church for the service and they were the rightful floral tribute next to our mum’s photo. We could not have wished for any better. Thank you team for getting it so right it means a great deal and helped us to celebrate a great mum.

Stunning flowers provided for my mothers funeral and something that she would have adored. Flowers were excellent quality, vibrant colour and beautiful arrangements. We ordered long stemmed roses and they kindly stripped off the thorns which was very thoughtful. Excellent service all round and cant thank the staff enough for their kindness and service.
