    Awful experience!! Tried purchasing a Audi Q5 from here - paid deposit and promised delivery that week. Car never arrived as VGS claimed driver was sick. Then VGS advised he would bring the car down on Sunday, he didn’t. I requested a refund which to be fair was sent. Against my better judgement the seller said he would “guarantee” delivery ok Thursday - Thursday is here and no car. I called asking about delivery and VGS said he’s call me back in 2 minutes, he didn’t. So I called again to be told due to me not paying a deposit (which I was never asked for) the car wouldn’t be delivered. Terrible service - avoid!!!

    CAREFUL!!! Took my car for a diagnostic to this garage telling him there’s a horrible noise when I’m driving in gear but when out of gear there’s no noise at all. So without a phone call or asking me, he ordered springs for suspension and fitted them costing £360! I new that was NOT the problem and as I drove of the noise was even worse! When I challenged him about it he didn’t know what noise I was talking about so he didn’t even diagnose it properly then after just hearing the noise on a test drive he then tells me it’s a part in the gear box which will cost over £800! He clearly just ordered and fitted parts which was NOT Necessary!!! GO ELSE WHERE UNLESS YOU ENJOY GETTING RIPPED OFFF
