Marvellous people to look after your Pride and Joy I had a morotcycle breakdown (damaged front brake disc caused by flying debris) which the AA decided was an accident so I was stranded near Ely. Leaving your pride and joy by the roadside isnt recommended, The AA patrol escorted me @ 5mph to a filling station which was deemed a safe place. With help from the AA man I enquired about recovery to my home near Leicester 70 miles away. £680.00 didn't seem much of a bargain so I enquired about safe storage. The AA Patrol put me in touch with VG Storage about 5 miles away. From initial contact I felt immediately comfortable and relieved. I got the bike to their facility, at 5mph it took ages with a huge queue behind, where I was met by Victor who offered me an indoor locked location behind barriers and under cameras. How lucky can you get? I intended to return next day to pick the bike up but there seems to be a shortage of hireable bike trailers in my neck of the woods. 4 days later I returned with trailer. During this time I'd kept Victor up to date with progress. He couldnt have been more helpful or sympathetic to my situation. Victor even helped me load the bike onto the trailer. I'd suggested a nightly rate for the storage but Victor would only accept 1 nights fee, and this on my insistance. The breakdown ruined a good day out, the AA's interpretation of what happened exacerbated this. Victor and his facilities saved the day. Lovely to find a business that operates on a relationship basis rather than on the typical transactional basis more prevalent today. I'd recomend this firm to anyone. I dont know if theyd store Mother's in Law but if they did she may not want to come back....

I have been trying to get in contact with this place for several weeks. I have called, left voicemails, filled out the contact form on their website, and I've emailed them directly. I'm yet to have any kind of reply! I understand that their storage might be full, but if that is the case, they could at least reply and let me know.
