Manchester/ London -In April 2022 I got a unique appointment available on the website. When I get there, you tell me that I have to make another appointment to get a visa for Portugal. Since then I haven't been able to make an appointment, I'm always looking for the site when I call, I wait almost 2 hours and no one answers. Is it impossible to get an appointment for me to take care of my visa? I'm married to Portuguese, and we have 2 children and I can't go on vacation with them because I can't make an appointment in 1 year Please try to resolve the appointment situations, it is the minimum we ask for. The staff at the desk are extremely helpful and ensure your application is not missing any compulsory documents while providing options and flexibility to produce any missing documents/photographs. Matthew and Roshan at the counter were very helpful and patient.

Hi I been today visa application centre Manchester and not really bad experience everyone was very kind and helpful.. And thank you SRI he is very kind and polite with me and helpful too it’s very busy place and lots of people but the staff still friendly But I am unhappy with reception guy he never see some woman’s with baby’s but his behaviour same with everyone .The receptionist's ( a black guy) behaviour was not good. He was arrogant. The management should give proper trainings to such people to learn how to behave properly with customers.
