I can clearly see that VFS is trying to make money from each and every applicant. If you have not opted for documents check from them (by paying £15) for sure they will try to reject and ask us to book again which means you are going to pay them indirectly into their pockets. hello Indian Embassy pls look into it. If anything is mandate in the application please mark it with *****.

Service is not good. I have been there two times with my husband to renew his passport. We waited there for hours for our turn. And finally when we were in the counter they trying to find silly things to send you back. They are asking for documents which not even necessary. We took appointment 2 times because of them. Even the second time they did the same. Finally, we have taken an appointment in Birmingham and went there then I was wondering how easy all these procedures are. It was just a 10-minute process.
