Very bad experience, the Security guys was very rude and had disrespectful behaviour, too many staff with too many different experiences, most of them ask unnecessary things which is not related to customers, feels like you are in India and its the Indian rules and behaviour going on, one of the security guard with French beard should not stand there and not have experienc of been security, i kindly request the vfs London office to please educated the staff better, and have some people from other countries as well when its comes to security and staff, i can understand that the office is under the Indians control, the Boss and most of the under bosses is Indian. Therefore the hire most of them from 3rd countries. If next time the security behaviour is the same then i Will go to newspaper and write about it so the whole uk read what is really going on.
