I called on a Monday to book my dogs in for a new set of vaccines as it had lapsed due to becoming disabled recently. They said I could bring them in the next day and I mentioned while on the phone that I will have to bring them back on a Saturday as I'll be working full time 4 weeks from then. Took them in the next day and only after they had the injections I was told the next lot had to be exactly 4 weeks later. I explained that I couldn't and I mentioned on the phone that I couldn't and wasn't told on the phone it would be a problem and had to be exactly 4 weeks. Now today, they told me that apparently I was told it was "off licence" and that if they get any of the diseases, that I can't hold them accountable! Had I been given the correct information on that first call, I would have planned it so that I was able to take them in exactly 4 weeks later. How dare they not give me all the information I need to make a decision and then tell me they cannot be held accountable! Unprofessional and frankly disgusting customer service! They've put my dogs at risk now! I'll be taking them elsewhere from now on!

I’ve never had to call a vets before, and had no experience. The lady who took my call was so so helpful, and explained everything. She got me in for an emergency appointment for just over 2 hours after I called. The vet was brilliant - he was very informative and was very sensitive in the way he was explaining things. It wasn’t looking very optimistic for my hamster, which I knew, but the vet was ready to try fluids and antibiotics and seemed to really care. I cannot fault the service at all, it was excellent and I’m glad to say my hamster is back to her normal self! I wasn’t on a healthcare plan, so paid the emergency call out, but I was quite happy to pay that for the service I’ve received.
