Staff are always friendly, calm and accommodating. I brought my dog who is anxious when at the vet to help desensitise and reinforce a calmer emotion with the vets. We only came in to get his flee and worm treatment. The waiting room was clean and calm. I was greeted when I sat down by the receptionist and was able to get the medication promptly. Also chatted a little about the dog. Good experience. Been going their 3 years so far and not a bad experience at all.

They are wonderful. Whenever it is time for my car to have her worming tablets they will give them to her as when I try to give them to her myself she always finds a way to spit them out. So we request every 3 months for an appointment to give her them. Also thet clip her nails, weigh her, check her teeth for me.
