    Ana and JD have just provided the most incredible service one could hope for in obviously stressful circumstances. Their kindness, compassion and professionalism was absolutely unparalleled and they made me and Cujo (pictured below when less grumpy - he apologises for growling I promise) right at home at 2am. Throughout the whole 3ish hours I was there I was kept well-informed and reassured. It just so happens that while being incredible vets, the staff here are incredible people. It’s not often you go to the emergency vets at 2 in the morning and leave feeling so positive. Absolute superstars and the way I was looked after and treated (I wasn’t even the patient!) has made my month. Can’t speak highly enough of the practice or the practitioners.
