All well and good but the fact they charge double that of pretty much all other vets and then on top you have to pay to call them, how can emergency care line be charged to you phone bill? It’s so stupid, if I didn’t have a contract and I was outta credit I wouldn’t of been able to contact them for my dog, can’t imagine the strain this has on low income family’s that love there furry friends

One hour past appt time. No explanation. Nurse didn't know that we were pet plan even though we told her. Still we were asked for money. Even receptionist asked for money and doubted us and went and checked. Too many animals upstairs waiting. The new layout is not better in my experience.

Fabulous team, went above and beyond caring for our Cat when he was unwell. The practice has recently undergone a refurbishment and expansion, would 100% recommend.
