Went to see the vet was charged £46 for her to put a stethoscope on my dog and that was it, nobody explained any health plans or any services they provide for my pet and I had to ask for her to be weighed, pretty amateurish considering they knew it was our first visit, and for a well know chain, maybe a shake up on there customer service and general advice would help going forward, best experience was the guy on the till who helped and explained about the app they have and how it works many thanks to him
