Thank you to all those we had contact with at Vats for Pets Southend Victoria. Everything was explained well about the procedure, vaccinations and aftercare. All the staff we had contact with were absolutely fantastic with our autistic son, giving him the time to ask questions, listen to our pets heartbeat and even allowing him to examine his toy pet as part of the process, this helped him and us more that you'll know. All round very impressed and would definitely recommend. We were made to feel like our pet mattered and was going to be cared for with compassion and not just another animal to be seen.

The receptionist Caroline just loves Pepper so much. They have a great relationship which makes me so happy. Pepper loves her too and not just the treats Caroline gives her. Always know that Pepper will be greeted like one of the family.
