    Reception staff were lovely, very friendly and welcoming. They took time to answer any questions I had. The waiting area was very clean and tidy and also smelt clean. The vet was lovely too. She explained everything about my rabbits injections and possible side effects. She checked them over thoroughly and explained what she was doing. We also discussed their diets and general health and she was very pleased with them both. Overall, it was a very good visit and I would recommend to friends and family. Many thanks to all staff.

    Had to visit recently due to having an unwell cat had to pay consultation with medical fees and was told I'd need to return a week later where i had to pay another consultation fee for a checkup that lasted five minutes cat was given the all clear with no further medication, Staff were welcoming and friendly excellent service so would recommend.
