Disgraceful practice DO NOT USE!! Misdiagnosed my family dog and had to have her put down because of her being misdiagnosed, the head vet Minosh is a money grabber and only wants to charge for the most expensive procedure, if you love your pets I’d advise you to avoid this place at all costs.

Honestly and truly if you love your pet DONT take them here. I've been with this practice for many years last few times it has all been about the money NOT the pet. My cat was very poorly took her to see monish he felt her tummy and asked if she had eaten tinsel her tummy was a huge mass I said no she is to weak to eat or do anything but he gave her 2 needles for pain and antibiotics he said she would be up and eating within half an hour. Took her back the next day and monish said she needs blood tests and a scan to see what was wrong which would be between 500-600 I felt is was just about making money he never checked her over opened her mouth nothing after leaving vets went straight to another vet and explained what he had said and how my cat was. This vet felt her tummy and said the lump was huge she opened my my cats mouth and it was a neon yellow colour the vet said I'm sorry your cat had liver failure and needs to be put to sleep she is in pain so that was a massive shock so my little girl was put to sleep but was left while lying cheating money grabbing monish was ringing up the pound signs on his little till. This man is a con man I rang to tell him what had happened he didn't even have the decency to admit he was wrong sorry or nothing so PLEASE take your pet elsewhere as this man is all about the money only not about your pet the vet I went to said sometimes scans and bloodtests aren't needed you just knw perhaps cheating monish should go to the other vets I went to and learn manners and veterinary services there

Firstly,we have been back today after specifically requesting not to see the ‘Head Vet’ and have been given first class treatment by a vet called Kamil-lovely vet with good people skills. We have however had the ‘head vet’ review our cavalier King Charles earlier this week who diagnosed a grade 3 heart murmur, gave some tablets, told us he could get her in for a scan for £500 but have no follow up advice. Her symptoms have worsened to the point that her coughing and breathing have deteriorated so had to take her back today-she is now diagnosed with a grade 5 heart murmur and has been given 2 more medications which I believe she should have been given at the first visit!!! Very unimpressed with both the professionalism and manner of the ‘head vet’.

I want to not even give it 1 star but I have to they done the rabies vaccine less than 3 months and they said it’s ok to travel our whole holiday is ruined. They did a absolutely illegal thing and did his vaccination too early we spoke to other vets and they said my dog has the biggest risk in the world to die. They charged me £141 just for a fever vaccine witch my friend went and they cost her £50. I do not recommend do not put your pets at risk.!!!
