I found all the staff to be very helpful and very responsive to my pet. The vet had taken the time to read my dogs notes from the previous vet knew about my dogs history. She was also very gentle with my old boy and treated him gently and professionally.

Very disappointed with the attitude of the admin staff. Phoned for a repeat prescription for pain meds for my dog. Refused to supply without another £45 consultation! More interested in repeating a monthly injection for £100, when it had no benefits! These are a repeat of meds prescribed by this practice twice before. I explained my dog was low on meds but was made to wait for an appointment in 5 days! How does my dog manage the pain in the meantime? Only interested in money, no thought for the animals welfare or well being.Disgraceful attitude, I will be complaining to the Royal College of Veterinary Sugeons. WOULD GIVE NO STARS IF POSSIBLE
