Vets fantastic - attended for 10 years. Office manager aggressive - accused me of not paying when I had. Receptionists not the same since Lesa became ill. No longer attend. However, changed Kylos diet, stopped insurance and manage his skin condition my self. All going very, very well. Unlikely to use a vet again - too much hassle and too expensive.
