If I could give 0 stars I would. Disgusting behaviour from receptionist. Asked for what was done to my pet as it was taken to a consultation room and not given back till I had requested to take it home. She would not give me a breakdown and just looked like I was stupid. After arguing with both myself and my autistic son she went and got the vet to come out. They came out with the info I wanted already printed. On searching your webpage it states everyone should have a copy of clinic notes for their record. I was refused this and told I was rude and had an attitude. After paying the costs of £135 I left. Went to my local vet paid £27 and my pet was taken in that day for an operation. On examining pet they found the trauma was much worse than what was found at vetsnow. Vetsnow only documented what I had told them not the fact that the whole area was bruised and damaged. They never even examined my pet properly. I have no idea why I paid £135 for them to tell me what I already knew and they even told the daytime staff that my pet was ok until Tuesday, from Friday, to wait for an operation to repair his testicle that was hanging loose between his legs. Disgusting money making service with staff members that think they are better than anyone else and can use their position to look at you with disgust and verbally attack you, when you ask for something they should be giving you anyway. Will never ever use them again

Had the sadness if saying goodbye to my faithful buddy this evening, a tumor ruptured and he deteriorated within an hour. The staff from the moment the call was answered we're amazing, the vet was patient and compassionate while my kids said good bye to their best friend, even provided paw prints for them. Out of hours service is ridiculously expensive, but I can't fault a thing. Thank you so much

Our dog experienced an allergic reaction to something and we had to make an emergency call to the out of hours vets - Vets now at Thamesmead. As soon as we arrived we were checked in and taken in for the consultation and our dog was treated immediately. Everybody that we dealt was very professional, friendly and efficient. We were back home with our dog when on the mend within the space of an hour and half of making the emergency call. We were very impressed.
