Lovely clean place, with really lovely people. They took time to explain their plan of action and to call us should anything untoward happen. They looked after my kitten like she was one of their own. Thank you guys 🙏🏼

5 days have passed since we have to put our beloved Bliss down, after someone hit and ran leaving her unconscious and with multiple fractures in the middle of the road across home. The response received by the team on duty and Dr Lee (I am sorry if I am misspelling your name)was outstanding. Upon arrival there was not a minute of waiting and Bliss was admitted and look after as a matter of Emergency. Bliss was a 16 years lady with a historic health background, we knew that despite the best intention of the team and the possibility of getting into surgery and recovery was an option, he had to take the saddest decision to put her down. The entire process was extremely very well handed by the team. Today 06.05.23 we received a postcard from the team expressing their condolences and also a sachet of Forget-Me-Not seeds (which I already planted in Bliss ground burial garden) . I broke down full of emotions, nice touching though. Thank you all, you have my full blessing and admiration for your work.

They just want money. I could understand that emergency should be expensive as vets work out of time, but I cannot accept that they forced us to pay the very expensive pain relief while there could a much cheaper alternative... The second day we went to another vet, we were only asked to pay 6 pounds for the oral pain relief while VETSNOW charged us 800 pounds one night just for pain relief injection without ANY checkup for my dog after a car accident . And be careful: they are good at making you paniced and kind of forcing you to pay the bill to see your pet. My dog didn't get any ultrasound check within 5 hours after the car accident, but afterwards when they wanted us to pay for the bill, they looked like care abt my pet so much... It is so ridiculous, if you really care abt my dog, you won't leave her unchecked for so long, and then forced us to pay for 800 pounds just for pain relief injection .

Outstanding! Our poor King Charles Cavalier was really ill. We thought he was at the end of his life. The veterinary nurse quickly identified his condition and with the vet gave him intravenous medication and oxygen. Over the course of Bank Holiday Sunday they identified a new medication plan and it was pure joy to see our beloved pet back to apparent full health. The vet and the assistant explained that our dog's condition would deteriorate again but there was scope to increase his meds further. Every day is precious with our dear Cavvy, all the staff at Vets Now are truly brilliant!
