My puppy was lame on his back leg and they advised I come in immediately as it could be serious. Attended the appointment only to be told they won't xray as not an orthopaedic vet and wouldn't know what they were looking at if they did!! Nearly £400 for a 5 min appointment, pain relief...and a missed fracture. Shocking for what is meant to be an emergency vet service.

We visited because our 17 year old boy was at the end of his life. We were treated with such kindness during a difficult time. The staff were lovely and took paw prints for us to keep. They made everything bearable and we can’t thank them enough. RIP Milo x
