Gerrard the vets has save my cats life and the team that was with him. He has treat her with respect and as I suffer with mental health he has kepted me up to date everyday. The only day I had a problem was Saturday night with the vet that was on call she treated me with no respect at all. She told me that to have my cat to sleep because she has brain damage. And I told her that wasn't going to happen. She then said she would put my cat to sleep without my permission. This stressed me out even more. I'm glad that I fort her all the way as Gérard has told me she hasn't got any brain damage at all. So the vet that told me she had put me through all the stress for nothing

Excellent advice over the phone and lots of help when we had to take our cat in. Very expensive but costs were provided before treatment. We did have to see our own vet for follow up the next day though. Would have preferred a longer term plan from first consultation

I use a mobile vet for my cat who is 8 years old and has enlarged kidneys. I called her out last Thursday, but because she is mobile she took bloods the results of which I received last night after my visit to Vets Now by email. I was worried about my cat so used the Video Vets Now facility with Shelley Doxey. After speaking with she advised me to take my cat in for him to be seen. I was so worried about my cat I just wanted some help for him but I was told without the blood results or any notes there wasn't a lot they could do for him. That cost me £299 for the very few seconds we were there. What a waste of time. I don't have an income and was asked to sign a consent to pay, which I did. I rang again this morning and spoke with a nurse and was told that they were open till 6pm today and a vet would ring me back. Here I am at 7.30 pm and no call back. I was also told they couldn't offer any more treatment until the first bill was paid, but I understood from Becky (reception) I had 30 days to pay this. To not treat a poorly cat who is struggling I find inhumane! To add insult to injury I was also told I owed £323 when it is in fact £299. Plus approx another £600 plus for another consultation fee and treatment on top. They are only interested in making money. I still need to get my cat urgently seen tomorrow. So I was advised to take him there but he is no better for going, not happy!

Staff very efficient and friendly, was seen very quickly and my pet was given a thorough examination. The vet took her time and explained to me what was happening and made me feel confident in my pets treatment. Would highly recommend.
