Both the lady who received us and the vet who examined my dog showed the utmost professionalism and empathy. Most impressive.

Made a phone call for advice and was advised to go to the emergency vet by the switchboard. Ended up being nothing wrong with my dog just a simple upset stomach. Frustrating that when we got to the vet and she was examined they then said she had mastitis but couldn’t give her an anti-inflammatory injection as she had a bit of the runs and so it wasn’t gentle on the tummy. The next day I went to my own vet who said there were absolutely no signs of mastitis at all and that what we were told about the anti-inflammation jab was absolute rubbish because it would enter her bloodstream not her stomach… so £320 later and was given completely the wrong diagnosis and information.

I received exceptional service for my dog who was in urgent need of care. I was seen immediately after making contact and I felt my much loved dog was in very good hands considering she has never been apart from me before, so leaving her was very difficult. However, I can say with great confidence that the whole team gave the most outstanding service and were all incredibly personable. I would 100% Recommend vets now as a valued and reliable Service.

My dog had had a tooth extracted and in the evening it was bleeding. The nurses checked him over first and said I may not need to have a consultation with the vet. Both nurses were excellent and said this was normal and just to keep an eye on him. Good reassurance.

It is nice to know that there is an out of hours emergency vets which is based at my vets practice but charges are extortionate! £307 just to walk in the door and talk to a vet! Staff were friendly and helpful though.
