The staff were amazing, they saw my cat straight away and fully explained all possibilities and what could happen next. As it was a bank holiday the cost was dear but insurance should pay that soon. All treatment and payment options were explained to me with understanding and compassion.

Was seen quite quickly The girls were friendly and pleasant The vet was good but I was obviously in a state as Rocky was so poorly and I’m not sure if he knew the severity of Rocky’s condition but possibly and we were more heartbroken 💔 that we couldn’t say goodbye properly but maybe he was trying in vain to fix him I just don’t know I’m sure he was! 🙏 Just feel that sphynx as a breed need more educating on as vets say they rarely see them It was just horrific, it’s been a horrible experience to lose the loss of our child which is what pets are they are family but what has really made me angry and upset is when I was in such a state that day and said to the lady twice just go through the insurance go through the insurers to then have a letter when I get home from work about the outstanding balance! Absolutely unbelievable Not happy about that and I really pray we don’t need to go back there with a sick unwell pet the care and thought just wasn’t there, disorganized

We were seen quickly, the whole process was efficient, compassionate and caring. Sadly our pet had to be put down but we were so grateful to be seen so quickly so he didn’t have to suffer for long. Thank you.

Vet’s and nurses were great. Reception staff we’re terrible. Left standing in the rain holding my wounded dog for ages, would not hold the door open for us. No empathy at all. Cheerful, but totally detached and lacking all common sense.
