Little empathy and absolute rip off when you have an emergency. My dog was unfortunately put to sleep but I'm not 100% confident that was the right thing to do or was the vets lack of knowledge that led to this. All I kept being asked was how much insurance I had. Cremation information and options weren't discussed properly and I didn't get the opportunity to get paw and nose prints before she was cremated but then still had to wait 2 weeks to get her back. I will NEVER use this emergency vet again. AVOID!!

Thankyou for taking in the little stray cat that my husband and my young granddaughter brought in three weeks ago we gave her the name ivy as she that is where she slept in an ivy plant she had eaten poison and was heavily pregnant your veterinary surgeon was very kind but explained that if we claimed ownership of ivy we would be responsible for her treatment and whatever else come with as pensioners we are not able to afford this so was told let her go and a charity would pay for her treatment which was great as we only wanted the poor thing to be Wii and cared for we had been feeding ivy and became fond of her the only thing we feel distressed about is that we dont know where she as been rehomed and was told we was not allowed to know we could have worked something out and insurance put in place but was not advised also may I add that my daughter is a customer' at your practice so you know you not dealing with just random folk to end this conversation I would just say thankyou for ivy and her kittens care would just have liked to know where she went xx

It was shocking service. Consultant could not help, for our dog who by symptoms had stroke. She just told that it can be that or that. No any treatment or help for dog, even accurate diagnoze. She made consulation, all info you can find in internet. We expected proffesional treatment, or advice that to do. Basicly they just charged £320 for nothing. They earn money from your tears. Should be if you go emergancy, dog ilness should be diagosed and at least some help/medicamation be be given. We should be refunded for such a bad services. How proffesional doctor can not diagnose stroke and give asap help and advices...At least if they cannot help, they do not have charge such a big amount of money.
