Would like to thank vet kitty for her fantastic compensation and care she showed bailey and myself. It was a stressful time, but she kept me updated and was honest with procedures and costs. Also the out of hours team were so reassuring when leaving bailey there. Bailey hated it and so did I, both of us are glad he's home and doing well. Excellent care from all involved thank you for looking after by baby x

Excellent emergency vets. Staff are kind and helpful, and the whole process was very efficient. Rang the out of hours helpline on a Sunday - they immediately booked us an appointment and texted the address to us. When we arrived the staff were expecting us and let us know that we'd have a short wait but our dog would be treated within the critical window. They took her away for treatment but after a short while the vet gave us an update and advice. Excellent communication from all staff and we were all treated with compassion.

Excellent service when car fell ill overnight. Saw Vet very quickly. Only drawback is the level of charges but emergency vets are in short supply.
