Our dog was extremely ill so we came over on a Friday evening. Unfortunately he had to stay in overnight but from the reception staff to the vet called Paula we couldn’t have asked for better care for Archie. All the staff here are very professional and knowledgeable and we were kept up to date of his condition every few hours. They all seem to really care about the job they are doing and he is recovering extremely well. Paula, you are a credit to your profession. We wouldn’t hesitate to use these vets again in an emergency and are so very grateful. Thank you 😊x

Vets now we’re absolutely superb. Gerard, the vet and Amy the nurse (I’m sure there were others) took care of my poorly cat Gary. I was kept up to date on a regular basis and the humanity in Gerard is something I have never witnessed in a vet before. I believe they truly care and do everything possible for a positive outcome.

Not good, we found what we thought was either a stray or neglected cat outside our door this morning so we decided to take her to this vet so we could find an owner or adopt her as we wanted what was beat for this sweet cat, we arrived and immediately a woman from reception came and took the cat without telling us anything and didn't even give us the chance to say goodbye or see her again before we left, she was rude and lacked empathy, because of this me and my other half got very upset after we left as well as my 3 year old and have spent the rest of the evening feeling pretty down about the whole situation, we had a positive phone call later on telling us the cat was back with its owner which ofxourse is good news but the treatment in this vet was very harsh and blunt. I would never recommend this vert to anyone and I will not be returning if I find another cat that I need to take to the vet as I'm 100% sure there are better places to help in this scenario. She also lied straight to our faces about what would become of the cat if no owner was found and told us it would go to a specific sanctuary so we visited this sanctuary after leaving the vet only to find out they are full and have been for a while and won't be accepting anymore cats there and it's rare that they take cats from this vet and only do it on the odd occasion that they have space. Do not trust this vet, the sanctuary even offered to check the microchip so instead of this vet I would highly recommend doing that or bassicly anything other than coming here as you may never see your pet again. I hope this gets looked into further by management.

Had to call an emergency Vet on Sunday, 2nd April & was given a quick appointment at Vets Now Macclesfield. My dog was given a good examination & attention by Vet Abby & we were given instruction on how to proceed with his treatment.

Vet was very helpful but only reason 4 stars was the cost 300 pounds for 15 minutes

Lovely sympathetic ladys. Very understanding. Bit shocked by the bill. Given 30 days to pay only to be hassled to pay the bill the day after then couldn't get though
