I cannot praise or thank the staff enough for the recent care given to our dog Brody. We took him in thinking he was dying and that he wouldn’t last the night. They warned us that sudden death could occur at any time and that the night was crucial. Two days later we brought him home and he’s improving every day to the point of being nearly fully recovered. The staff were wonderful. From the receptionists, to the nurses, to the vets. We were kept fully informed at all stages and consulted about what was going to happen next. Obviously when your fur baby is sick you want them to have the best care. Luckily we’re insured, but the subject of cost was still dealt with in a very tactful and respectful way. Caroline the vet looking after Brody was so communicative with phone updates and we felt that Brody was absolutely safe in her hands, no matter what the outcome. They honestly couldn’t have done more for him. When we collected Brody the nurse was wonderful. She’d been spending time feeding him as he’d not eaten for days. She was obviously happy he was well enough to go home but was sad to see him go. You can’t fake that kind of love and care. It’s obvious that they all care deeply about the animals they look after. I honestly can’t praise or thank them enough!

I had to take my cat to vets now over the weekend. The care we got was 5*+. The reception staff were friendly and helpful. The nurses were caring and explained things in full and the vet that treated Charlie was exceptional. He explained everything that was going on. And was kind compassionate and empathetic. It's the second time I have had to go there with my pets. I wouldn't hesitate to take them there again.

Great and much needed facility. Excellent care. Rather busy Saturday evening...I suspect they can't train vets up quick enough to cope with the surge in dog population. Long wait, but very pleased with how my Holly was treated.
