The vet that cared for Bear was lovely, even when I took the difficult decision to send him over the rainbow bridge. I do however feel, that sending out an automated text asking how I rate you is insensitive with regards to my deceased pet!

The only reason for the 3 star is purely based on the ridiculous prices they charge. £270 just to be seen and £100 for 2 jags and a tiny amount of paracetamol, then had the cheek to charge another £25 for them to communicate with your insurance. Putting above aside, the staff and service were excellent, friendly welcoming and seen very quick. Get your price structure sorted and you’ll have a lot more happy customers. Thanks for your response and link to have a look at your running costs, very convincing, however the true figures can be seen in HMRC company check. I’m not saying it’s the vets that are at fault, of course they care about animals. It’s the people running your company. Is your Director a vet? (Mark Gillings)

If I could give no stars I would all there interested in is money and targets. There is a thing called patient care and I’m sure yous need a lot of work on that. If you aren’t interested in and animals welfare then why choose the career of being a vet.
