Vets Now were very good. Didn't have to wait to long to be seen. They checked Rosie over and gave medication and injection as required. They are expensive however in an emergency situation they were a must.

Avoid unless you want to remortgage the house. We took our cat there a few weeks ago on a Sunday. Was charged nearly £300 just to walk through door, without any treatment. The national average is £200 so I don't know how they can justify these extortionate charges.

The staff were brilliant. Our dog was in urgent need of a vet having had his ear 1/2 bitten off by another day late Saturday afternoon. Took him to the emergency vets they did a fantastic job looking after him and saved as much of his ear as they could. Bobby’s back home and feeling lots better thanks to the brilliant vet and everyone on duty. Every member of staff were very helpful and kind.

After the initial shock of the cost, from the moment we arrived, the care was second to none. Our boy was constantly checked on while we waited. The vet was kind and gentle. The care he received up until he was discharged was excellent, including when i called for checkups on his condition. Payment was handled with care and dignity in what is already a stressful situation. As an emergency vet, I felt 100% comfortable leaving my boy with them, I knew he would be safe and well cared for, and he was.
