Due to an unfortunate accident, our kitten had to be admitted for an overnight stay. The staff were lovely in making her as comfortable as possible til we could take her to our local veterinary practice early the next morning. Unfortunately our vet couldn't so anything to save her but in all the professionalism and compassion was second to none. Wonderful people ❤️

I am happy with the visit and vet saw our hamster which and I guess the did the needful though we had to wait a while even though there was no one in que. Hence I will give 3 star, but the out of hours fees was very very hefty. We paid about £200 which included fee of £151 + pain killer medication hence cant give full 5 star as its very expensive without insurance. This was our first time to vet. Though for us at the time it was more of someone to see our hamster than the money. But i would worry with amount of charge, it will put people off taking their pets to Vet if they dont have insurance :-(

Excellent service from start to finish after our cat got scared by a dog resulting in her getting wedged in a 3 inch gap between our house and next door! The fire service had to cut a hole in the side of our house to rescue her and the vets were on standby for her to arrive as we feared she had injured herself and her breathing was shallow! After 6 hours of trying to get her out we finally arrived at the vets at midnight! They checked her over immediately on arrival and unbelievably she didn’t have a mark on her! My husband went to pay and he was told there would be no charge and to just take her home and give her lots of love which we did! We are very thankful for the kindness shown by everyone at the vets and if the need arose again we wouldn’t hesitate to contact them! Thank you!
