Vet services were good, but organisationally it was very confusing to deal with two organisations when previously we have only dealt with the vet practice at Wood Street. It is important to be told about costs up front, but there was a lot of (confusing) focus on what would be provided by Vets Now and what would be provided by Wood Street vets - when the pet is in pain and distress the care is the most important thing. It was also surreal given that the premises and some of the staff are the same in both Vets Now and Wood Street Vets. The process for making insurance claims also seem overly complicated, with two different claims using two different methods. We have used Wood street vet services for more than 20 years, partly because of the quality of care, and I hope that the organisational split for out of hours care can be streamlined so that the experience is less onerous for anxious pet owners.

Excellent care and kindness. Had to take cat here as emergency and they went above and beyond, they kept us informed of the formality of visiting them for the first time and were extremely caring and knowledgeable. I recommend them highly.

My toy poodle decided to join in the delights of Easter eggs and ate half a chocolate egg left lying about by my grandson, knowing how toxic this can be to a dog I took him to the vet who administered an injection to make the dog sick, and empty his stomach. The little dog is now okay, but in trouble with me whilst the vets were very efficient and quite busy. I was happy with the service although £450 is a lot of money for one injection.
