Great service vets-wise and cannot fault it BUT I paid £25 in addition to a sizeable Emergency vets bill, as an “admin fee” for my Insurance claim to be “processed.” I have the claim form ready but two days later nobody has called me as promised. Hence one star lost!

Our puppy fell very ill, very quickly this week with a slipped disc. He was in alot of pain. We took him to Vets Now during the night, and were taken care of by 2 of the nicest ladies. They were able to take great care of Nelson and managed to make sure he was as comfortable as possible until we could get him to a specialist the next day, which they arranged for us. I can’t thank them enough for everything they did for us! Thanks you 🙂
