I subsequently contacted the email address below and received an extremely poor excuse for the over charging of fees. Brilliant care, horrendous pricing structure, pure greed exploiting upset and vulnerable owners. At least my dog is recovering now. The care we received was excellent and our dog is recovering so thank you, however the costs were ridiculous. We understand paying a premium for out of hours care but this was blatant exploitation and profiteering. I feel sorry for the staff who have to tell owners the fees.

The practice Vets Now is currently using in Kirk Sandall is Outstanding. Vets Now Is daylight robbery. But when the thing you love most is in pain or uncomfortable they are the only option. From multiple experiences I can say they have diagnosed incorrectly, resulting in a trip to the normal practice the next day. On are most recent visit sedation was suggested when it was very clear what the problem was we just couldn’t get the droplets as it happened over night. The medication is three times the price, on top of a consultation fee and £270 for being there. And then if it isn’t over £500 they charge a £25 admin fee so you can claim on your insurance. Would love to know why it’s so ridiculous.

What was a very worrying time, the staff were very calm and helped me through a difficult time. They rushed us through, as an emergency. We were quickly informed of the injury, via X-Ray, we were informed at all times, on how Jake was doing , while in the vets. Their care for us all went above and beyond care. 100% satisfaction .
